This program is dedicated for founding college and university students under regulated conditions. At the present time there are 25 students from different faculties benefiting from the program.
The scholarship is paid to the students of present study programs coming of distressed families which are also good students. The tender is put out in October of every year and the selected students are entitled to receive the grant for ten month every year.

In the scholastic year 2005/06 already the fourth generation of students is receiving the stipend, 22.04.2006.
